- Please provide a site map showing the location of the sign (3 sets).
- A descriptive drawing of the sign is required showing: (3 sets)
- Dimensions
- Materials
- Illumination if applicable/permitted
- How the sign is attached/anchored
- If the sign has illumination, an electrical permit is required.
