Submitting Plans for Home Rebuilds

  1. Submit debris removal permits. If you are in the floodplain, you will need to submit a floodplain application along with the debris removal permits. If you are unsure, please contact the Planning Department before submitting your permit.
  2. Submit three (3) sets of building plans along with all of the permits listed below. Plans can be submitted by appointment per Covid-19 compliance, please contact the Planning Department to schedule an appointment.
  3. If you are in the floodplain, you will need to submit a floodplain application and a valid elevation certificate. ​If you are unsure, please contact the Planning Department before submitting plans.
  4. You will be contacted when your permits is ready to be issued.
  5. Pick up your permit(s) and pay all remaining fees.
  6. Permits are issued from 10:00am to 12:00pm, Monday through Friday. Otherwise, please contact the Planning Department to schedule an appointment.
