The City of Talent's utility billing department manages residential and commercial water account services provided by the city. Talent purchases its water exclusively from the Medford Water Commission through the TAP transmission main, which connects Talent, Ashland, and Phoenix. Although Talent no longer operates its own water source, it maintains a storage and distribution system for water within the city.

Utility bills are mailed out by the first of every month.  Your utility bill is due no later than the last day of the month. The City also offers an electronic bill that is sent via email. To sign up to receive your bill electronically, please visit the Forms and Applications tab on your left.

To terminate your water service, call Utility Billing at (541) 535-1566, or come in to City Hall during business hours.  Allow 2-5 business days to process the final meter read.
