Business License

All businesses, whether commercial or home-based, operating within or based in the City of Talent must possess a valid Business License issued by the City of Talent. An application form is accessible in the provided forms below.

Businesses located in a different town, but doing business inside the city limits, must obtain a business license before conducting business within the City limits. 

If you are operating a business out of your home, you are required to obtain a home occupation permit. The home occupation standards are located in the Title 5 section of the Talent Municipal Code. Please review your business license application before submitting for processing.
