City Manager 

The City Manager's Office offers strategic leadership and professional management to the City government organization. Working in conjunction with the City Council, it develops and implements policies to maintain and enhance the quality of life for Talent residents. Appointed by the City Council, the City Manager directs all daily city operations, providing essential assistance to the Council and overseeing budgetary matters in accordance with the City Charter. The City Manager’s Office oversees a diverse range of services and programs designed to ensure effective, accountable, and inclusive City governance.
