Mission Statement:

The Talent Police Department provides police services to our citizens and to visitors to our City. The services we provide protect the safety of all persons and their property. Our services work to solve community problems so as to enhance the quality of life for all. It is our mission to make citizens feel safe in the City of Talent.

Overview:

The Talent Police Department is staffed with nine sworn police officers, one full-time police records clerk and one part-time police records/property clerk. Additionally, we utilize volunteers in a variety of capacities, to include reserve police officers. 

The Department provides 24-hour police patrols that are dispatched by a combined regional dispatch center.
