General Land Use Application – check Fences
A site map is required that shows the location of existing buildings and theirs distances from each other as well as the property lines. This can be hand drawn.
If the fence is 7ft or taller or is mounted on an elevated surface (such as a retaining wall, regardless of height), a building permit is required.

Fees

The Planning Review fee for fence reviews is free. However, if a building permit is required, the fee will be based off the valuation of the fence installation.
