OHCS Launches Homeowner Assistance and Reconstruction Program (HARP) for Labor Day Disaster Survivors

The Homeowner Assistance and Reconstruction Program (HARP) is now officially launched by Oregon Health and Community Services (OHCS) for survivors of the 2020 Labor Day Disaster. Designed to aid low- and moderate-income homeowners still grappling with home repair, rebuilding, or replacement following the disaster, HARP offers assistance.
