Online Payment Option
The City of Talent Utility Billing department works with Tyler Payments to process electronic transactions. If you would like to pay your bill online, please click HERE to make a payment.
Autopay Authorization
The City also offers an AutoPay option. Fill out the Monthly Autopay Request Authorization below and return it to our Utility Billing department at City Hall. Please remember to attach a voided check. Your monthly utility bill will be automatically withdrawn from your account around the 15th of each month. This is a free service provided by the City.
Credit and Debit Cards
Credit and/or debit cards are accepted as payment in person, over the phone at (888) 852-9302, online and through the MyCivic Utilities App. All major credit and/or debit cards accepted. Please be aware that a $2.50 minimum or 3.25% of the payment amount will be added per transaction.
Counter Payments
City staff can also take payments over the counter during regular business hours at City Hall at City Hall, located at 110 E. Main St.

Drop Box
The City of Talent maintains a drop box in front of City Hall (110 E. Main St.) for after hours payment drop off. The drop box is located in the horseshoe driveway, near the outdoor clock.
