Autopay Authorization
A great way to get bills paid on time and without hassle is to utilize our automatic electronic bill payment service. Download and fill-out the Monthly Autopay Request Authorization below and return it to our Utility Billing department. Please read the form carefully as there are additional documents necessary to complete this form.
New Water Service
If you are a new customer, please complete our New Water Service Application form below. Tenant applications must be signed by the owner/property manager and tenant of the property involved and must be filed with the city before they become effective.
Deposit: New customers will also need to pay a water deposit. This deposit depends on the size of the water meter that is servicing the property. Most residential properties have a 3/4" meter. Please contact the Utility Billing Department for the size of the water meter. Only individuals listed on the utility account will be able to access information regarding the account.
