The Talent Business Alliance and the Our Stories though Art (OSTA) Project warmly invite all community members to the public unveiling of “Ecological Narratives: Biodiversity and Belonging,” a new mural installation by internationally recognized local artist KYRIANNA. The event will take place on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM outside the Talent Historical Society (105 N Market St). Installed on the museum's exterior walls, this vibrant public art project celebrates the deep connections between our local wildlife, the land, and the people who have called Talent home, past and present.
Following the formal unveiling at 6:00 PM, attendees are invited to stay for a hands-on community art activity and a special opportunity to meet the artist. Born and raised in Talent, KYRIANNA began her creative practice at age twelve after developing a debilitating chronic pain condition; today, her globally celebrated watercolor and mixed-media work beautifully intersects themes of disability, feminism, psychology, and nature. Come celebrate our local heritage, support a homegrown talent, and connect with neighbors at this free community event.
