ADVANCED METERING INFRASTRUCTURE TRANSITION
Proposals are due by 2:00 PM (PST), Friday, November 1, 2024
The City of Talent is seeking proposals for the development and implementation of an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) System.
The successful proposer must demonstrate the ability to deliver a system that adheres to the specifications outlined in this document, support the System on an on-going basis, and provide references of similar systems that have been successfully installed and are currently in a production environment. The proposals will be evaluated according to the selection criteria established in the RFP. Installation Contractor will be selected under separate solicitation.
Solicitation documents can be downloaded from the City of Talent website. Any addenda that may be issued relating to this RFP will be available on the City website, and potential proposers are cautioned to continuously monitor the site for updates and addenda.

All questions by Proposer(s) as to the interpretations of the RFP must be received no later than 10/18/2024 in writing via email to: gvigoa [at] cityoftalent.org (gvigoa[at]cityoftalent[dot]org)
Proposing firms shall promptly notify the City of any omission, ambiguity, inconsistency or error that they may discover upon examination of the RFP.
The City will not be bound by any information, explanation, clarification, or any interpretation, oral or written, by whosoever made, that is not incorporated into an addendum to the RFP. No response will be made to inquiries received after the RFP Questions Deadline.
