You can obtain copies of police reports by filling out the Police Records Request form and submitting it to our Police Records Clerk, please email the completed form to police [at] cityoftalent.org (police[at]cityoftalent[dot]org) or drop it off in-person during business hours at 604 Talent Avenue.
