REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Notice is hereby given that the City of Talent (COT) will receive sealed proposals until 4:00 p.m., Local Time, Thursday, December 12th, 2024, at the City of Talent office, 110 East Main Street, Talent, Oregon 97540, for the following services:
BANKING SERVICES
Proposals received after the time established for receiving proposals will not be considered. Facsimile proposals are not acceptable. All proposals shall be submitted as set forth in the General Specifications, Proposal Instructions, and must contain a Signed Proposal Submission Form and Banking Service Charges Form. The COT is not responsible for proposals submitted in any manner, format or to any delivery point other than as required by the RFP Document. NOTE: on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024, Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents and Addenda will be available electronically for download at no charge at http://www.cityoftalent.org. Follow the link on the homepage, under Business, click on Bids and RFPs, and select Banking RFP. Proposers shall be responsible for all costs related to printing and reproduction of RFP Documents. Proposers should check the website regularly until closing to avoid missing any Addenda, which will only be available online. RFP documents may be examined at the COT's office: (541) 535-1566; printed RFP documents will not be mailed by the COT. Proposers who obtain their RFP documents from plan centers, or by means other than the COT website, are responsible for ensuring they have all addenda, which will only be available on the website; they will not be registered or appear on the list of plan holders and will not receive notifications from COT regarding this RFP. The single point of contact for questions regarding the RFP, RFP process, clarification, award process, protests, or any other issues that arise, is Tessa DeLine at (541) 535-1566, Option 7; tdeline [at] cityoftalent.org (tdeline[at]cityoftalent[dot]org). Each proposal must contain a statement as to whether the Proposer is a resident, as defined in ORS 279A.120. Sealed proposals are to be sent to City of Talent, Attention: Tessa DeLine, Finance Director, by mail to PO Box 445, Talent, Oregon, 97540 or by Commercial Carrier or hand delivery to 110 East Main Street, Talent, Oregon 97540. Consultants will be selected to provide services based upon qualifications and proposal evaluation; COT does not guarantee any amount of work as a result of this RFP. The COT reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities or informalities in a proposal or in the opening and may cancel the procurement in accordance with ORS 279B.100. The successful proposers shall have a current COT Business License upon award. A sample contract is included; award of the contract will be subject to approval of the Talent City Council.
