Citizen Advisory Committee - Urban Growth Boundary Alternatives Analysis
The Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) for the Urban Growth Boundary Alternatives Analysis is a committee of between 11 members and 1 alternate that will work with City staff, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide reviews of the analysis and key policy recommendations and present a recommendation to the Talent Planning Commission. The CAC will use recently approved policies from the Housing, Economy and Transportation Elements to develop a comprehensive list of land use efficiency measures and to evaluate land for potential inclusion in the Urban Growth Boundary.
The committee meetings shall be governed by Oregon Public Meeting Law and shall include a meeting agenda that provides an opportunity for public comment. Meetings will be held as necessary and agendas and other information will be available for review seven days prior to the scheduled meeting.
The committee will be asked to make a recommendation to the Talent Planning Commission no later than October 31, 2018.
