Budget Committee Vacancies 

There are currently 5 positions vacant on the Budget Committee for the City of Talent. Selected candidates serve a 3 year term. The Budget Committee is required by State Law and the City is to have a balance of elected and appointed representatives to this committee. The Budget Committee is an advisory group and the work is primarily done in April and May of each year. Talent’s fiscal year runs July 1 to June 30.
 
Eligibility for this committee has been extended to Talent residents who live outside of the city but plan to return.
 
Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by downloading the following application and returning it to the city recorder at hflores@cityoftalent.org or complete and return to our drop box at City Hall, 110 E. Main Street in Talent.
 
Applications should be turned in by March 2nd for first consideration. Selected candidates will be notified via email.
